“We are currently under way on Motor Sail Hortense to the Fiordlands in the South Island of New Zealand,” writes Chef Grace Abel.

“These pictures are of a big pod of dolphins riding with us. In the background you can faintly see the snow covered mountain peaks which is the Fox Glacier. It’s quite cold, but strikingly beautiful!”
