Bahia Mar dredge approved, redevelopment plans delayed

Dredging from Bahia Mar Marina to the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW) was approved last night (June 7) at the Fort Lauderdale City Commission meeting while two other yacht marina issues were rescheduled. The city rejected bid proposals for the redevelopment of the City’s Las Olas Marina until more information can be gathered and the city delayed an ordinance rezoning for Bahia Mar Resort and Marina until June 21.
