Brazilian Lucas Bondezan, 24, jumped from the burning vessel just after midnight on Sept. 16 just before it capsized about 15nm from Mukah Head on Penang Island, according to the Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency.

The three other crew were injured and rescued from the life raft by fishermen. They were treated at a hospital and discharged. According to New Straits Times, they are Jaroslav Horejsek, 37, from the Czech Republic; Rudolf Kolic, 61, from Croatia; and Novak Novakovic,28, from Serbia.
