Albin opens U.S. branch in Miami

Albin Pump Marine, a Swedish manufacturer of marine pumping, heating and sanitation components, has hired Brad Burton as manager of the company’s new North American office and warehouse in Miami, which will make its debut at the Miami International Boat Show beginning Feb. 15.

Burton has over 30 years of experience in marine sales management, most recently as Thetford Marine’s OEM sales manager, according to a company statement. Previously he worked for Aqua Signal, Faria Marine Instruments and Guest Corp.

“We’re experiencing dynamic growth in North America and are eager to have Brad at the helm of the U.S. office,” stated director Olle Jonsson. “He’s a respected industry insider that thoroughly understands our product line and has deep connections with OEMs across the country.”
