Mexican marina makes room for larger yachts

Paradise Village Marina in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, has recently reconfigured the marina to hold more and larger yachts. The marina now has 23 slips for vessels over 100 feet, with most available for vessels above 150 feet. Most of the slips have been full since December, according to dockmaster Richard Markie.

The marina purchased last year a “very large” dredge and now maintains the entrance and megayacht slips at 15 feet depth, Markie said.

Pump outs are available at every slip, and 480-volt power is available at all the megayacht slips.
