China’s Dalian Wanda to buy Sunseeker

Chinese developer Dalian Wanda Group plans to buy Sunseeker International and expects to invest $1.6 billion for the British yacht maker. The acquisition would give the company nearly 92-percent ownership in the builder based in Dorset, England. Sunseeker’s motor yachts have featured in four James Bond films.

Dalian Wanda will also invest to develop a five-star hotel in London.
