AYC Superyacht Recruitment (Australian Yacht Crew Pty Ltd) has hired Kathleen Hegele as a specialist crew consultant. Born in the south of France, she has worked in the recruitment and yachting industry for the past 7 years in Antibes, Monaco and London. She speaks English, French and Spanish.



Based in the south of France during the summer season, she will also work with the emerging market in Southeast Asia.
