Ft. Lauderdale-based ACR Electronics, a manufacturer of marine safety and survival equipment, has been sold to private equity firm The Jordan Company. It was previously owned by New York-based J.F. Lehman & Company.
Terms of the sale were not disclosed. It was not immediately clear if the transaction would have any impact on the company.
TJC also acquired Lehman’s Drew Marine, a global manufacturer of performance chemicals and safety solutions to the maritime and offshore markets.
