An 85-foot yacht sank upon launch on May 18 in Anacortes, Wash., according to news reports. It was unclear what caused the accident.

The yacht, built by Northern Marine, was righted and the U.S. Coast Guard is investigating.

Six people were aboard at the time, according to a report in the Skagit Valley Herald. When it began to roll, several went to the engine room to adjust ballast but water flooded inside, the newspaper reported. No one was seriously injured.
