Crew charged with sexual battery onboard yachtMar 3, 2015 by Triton Staff
Local news reports that Rafal Dowgwillowicz-Nowicki, 39, has been charged with sexual battery against a woman on a yacht on the night of Feb. 25 in Ft. Lauderdale. The incident took place on M/Y Endless Summer, a 150-foot Feadship, while it was docked at Universal Marine Center.
