Berths in Italian marina for sale

MDL Italy, a branch of MDL Marinas Group, has launched the sale of berths in Marina di Stabia in the Bay of Sorrento south of Naples.
Slated to take about a decade to build, including upland hotels, residential and restaurants, the marina is expected to have 900 slips, with 77 for yachts up to 100m, and be surrounded by a break wall.
Naples airport is 20 minutes away and the island of Capri is 12 miles off. The berths are available with a 5-, 10- or 30-year lease.
