Marina proposed for Berrys Bay in Sydney

Berrys Bay Marina Company has filed an application with North Sydney Council to develop an 84-slip marina and 70-boat dry stack facility on Berrys Bay on the lower North Shore, according to a story in The Sydney Morning Herald.
Two slips will be for yachts up to 45m, seven berths for boats up to 35m and 34 slips for boat up to 25m. Residents oppose the size of the project.
The North Sydney Council was expected to make a recommendation on the development in September, when it goes to a Joint Regional Planning Panel for final decision.
