The Altamer Resort in Anguilla has announced plans to expand with a new megayacht marina complex and mixed-use development. New York-based development firm Time Equities is partnering on the venture with marine project companies Anaconda LTD, led by Jeff Boyd, and Cross Island Development.

The marina will serve as an official point of entry to the island, with 30 percent of its berths accepting yachts between 30 and 200 feet. The new facility will also include a 164-unit resort.
