Equity fund acquires Amerijet

Private equity firm ZS Fund L.P. has acquired Ft. Lauderdale-based Amerijet Holdings and its subsidiaries, Amerijet International and ITN Worldwide.

Amerijet International is an all-cargo air carrier operating from its primary hub at Miami International Airport to destinations throughout the Caribbean, Central America, Mexico and South America. ITN Worldwide is its logistics partner. Vic Karjian is incoming president and CEO.
