Marine Industry Cares Foundation gala raises money for students

Feb 7, 2017 by Triton Staff

About 300 yachting industry people glammed it up in late January for the second annual Chairman’s Gala, a fundraiser for the Marine Industry Cares Foundation. Money raised at this year’s gala will pay for more than 50 middle and high school students to attend a two-week Marine Immersion Summer Camp. The camp takes students around to various South Florida businesses where they learn about careers in the industry. It’s never too late to get involved. marineindustrycares.org Photos by Tom Serio
