Hull 2 of Horizon FD85 ready for debut

The hull of Horizon Yachts’ second FD85 has been completed and is expected to make its debut at the 2017 Cannes Yachting Festival in September.

Taiwan-based Horizon has designed Hull 2 as a European version of the FD85, equipped with twin MAN 1200hp engines and a fuel capacity of 3,480 gallons. Top speed of the 85-foot fast displacement yacht is estimated at 16.5 knots and she offers a 1,262nm range at an 11-knot cruise.
