Marine antenna maker opens U.S. office

Marine antenna manufacturer Glomex SRL has opened a North American office in Brooklyn, New York, and a warehouse in Dayton, Ohio.

Glomex Marine Antennas USA Corp. is led by Chris Catoe, who has been named sales director, according to Glomex General Manager Raffaele Fabbri. Catoe previously was a sales manager and sales engineer for Shakespeare Electronic Products Group. Prior to that, he ran a communications company, and he has a background as a broadcast engineer, according to a company press release.

Italy-based Glomex makes internet, cellular, TV and VHF antennas for the marine industry, as well as mounts and accessories. For more information, visit www.glomex.us.
