Fort Lauderdale-based yacht brokerage firm Northrop & Johnson has opened a new office in Monaco overlooking Port Hercule, location of the annual Monaco Yacht show.

The office, led by Managing Director Europe Michael Payne, will provide sales, purchase, new construction, charter retail and charter management services to clients in Monaco and the surrounding areas.

“We’re delighted to now have a base in Monaco,” Payne said in a company statement announcing the opening. “We are hopeful that our presence in this yachting hot spot will bolster our regional and global recognition and allow us continue the impressive growth that the company has enjoyed throughout the past few years.”

The new office is located in the Le Beau Rivage building (9 Avenue D’Ostende 98000, Monaco). Contact brokers there at Monaco@NorthropandJohnson.com or +377 977 72720.

“Monaco is a huge next step for us,” said Northrop & Johnson COO Daniel Ziriakus. “Michael Payne is assembling an impressive team of renowned sales and charter brokers who will begin working with us in the coming weeks. We will be fully operational by the end of February 2018.”
