South Florida’s Marine Industry Day cancelled

The Marine Industries Association of South Florida has cancelled Marine Industry Day, an afternoon designed to increase awareness of the marine industry in Fort Lauderdale and Broward County, Florida. Originally scheduled for Saturday, June 16, which is Father’s Day weekend.

The association is planning to revamp the event and reintroduce an event to emphasize the size and scope of the industry, and to reinforce the positive impact the industry makes on South Florida’s economy.
