The Large Yacht Brokers Association elected its new board of directors this summer in Monaco. Elections are held every three years. Named to the board were: Fraser CEO Raphael Sauleau as president; IYC CEO Stefanos Macrymichalos as vice president; Burgess CEO Jonathan Beckett as treasurer; Eric Blair as secretary; and Edmiston Chairman Nicholas Edmiston as a board member.
LYBRA is a trade association for superyacht brokerage companies that promotes the superyacht industry and supports its global development. Its projects include The Superyacht Show, inaugurated in Barcelona this year.
“Our aim is to handle issues which may affect the industry together with other associations such as MYBA,” Sauleau stated in a Fraser press release. “Furthermore, it is our responsibility to act as ambassadors of the yachting industry, working with all stakeholders to reach out to the non-yachting world.”
Fraser, part of the Azimut-Benetti Group, is a founding member of LYBRA. For more information, visit LYBRA.org.
