In December, Benetti launched the biggest motoryacht ever built in Italy by a private shipyard.
The 351-foot (107m) FB277 is powered by a diesel-electric propulsion system. The yacht’s interiors and exterior were designed in-house. The project has been managed by Imperial, acting as owner’s representative, build supervisor and yacht manager of the vessel.
The yacht has a steel hull and aluminum superstructure. She features a swimming pool on the sun deck; a grand piano; a spa with a Turkish bath, massage room and gym; and a touch-and-go helipad.
Maximum beam is 49.8 feet (15.2m), and the yacht has a full load displacement of 3,300t.
Delivery is expected in summer, according to a Benetti statement. It’s the first of three gigayachts that the yard plans to unveil in Livorno within the next few months.
