Triton Spotter from creative captain

Ever creative, Capt. Mark O’Connell sent a unique Triton Spotter. He has been in yachting for more than 25 years, but one of his hobbies is photography, including Adobe PhotoShop photo manipulation.

“I took this photo in Bora Bora last July at the yearly island festival and thought it might be fun to add the magazine,” he wrote in an email.

Heiva Bora Bora is the biggest annual festival in Tahiti, held in July or August. Celebrations are held in Bora Bora with singing, dancing, craft demonstrations and traditional sports competitions. This Tahitian festival is celebrated all though the French Pacific islands, he wrote.
