Derecktor certified to install Viega pipe fitting products

Derecktor Florida, a megayacht refit and repair facility in Dania Beach, Florida, is now certified to install press connections and pipe runs using Viego ProPress and MegaPress fittings, valves and flanges in approved yacht systems.

The Viega Group is a global manufacturer of pipe fitting installation technology. Products include Viega ProPress for copper and stainless, Viega MegaPress for black iron and stainless pipe,  and the Viega PureFlow System including PEX and fittings in high-performance polymer and zero-lead bronze. Viega also specializes in the design, production and installation of ProRadiant heating and cooling systems and offers in-wall flushing technology, including carriers and flush plates.

Dercktor Florida, founded in 1967, is a full-service facility for megayachts transiting through Port Everglades on passages to and from the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Panama Canal.
