RMK Yachts, a subsidiary of RMK Marine in Tuzla-Istanbul, Turkey, has announced a new marketing team. According to a recent company press release, Marcus Krall, managing director of Krall Media and former editor-in-chief of the magazines Boote Exclusiv and Boat Exclusive, will handle the yard’s global public relations, while Ali Tanir, managing director of MareAmante, will handle yacht show branding.

RMK Yachts has several projects, including the 170-foot (52m) S/Y Nazenin V for its 10-year survey, and several 164- to 262-foot (50-80m) design projects, according to the company.

“We are very busy with our refit projects but are also very keen on signing a superyacht building contract this year,” stated Özgür Numan, RMK Marine’s yacht department director. “Inquiries for large megayachts were never this intense in RMK Yachts’ history. I am pretty confident that we will sign another new build contract soon.”
