MarineMax Vacations expands to Bahamas

MarineMax Vacations, of the British Virgin Islands, now offers power catamaran charters in the Bahamas, with operations based at Abaco Beach Resort.

Amenities at the resort’s marina include pools with a swim-up bar, a restaurant, a boutique, 24-hour security, fuel stations, showers and a laundry, according to a company press release. From this new base, guests will be able to explore 120 miles of Bahamian islands.

The resort is located near the Marsh Harbour International Airport and is easily accessible via flights from Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale or Miami on Delta, SkyBahamas, BahamasAir, SilverAirways, Flamingo Air and American Airlines.
