Massage therapy to help people enjoy their lives pain-free, flexible, with minimal limitations and maximum joy.

People should be able to enjoy their lives pain-free, flexible, with minimal limitations and maximum joy. To that end, I have spent the last 20-plus years as a Massage Therapist facilitating that ideal. I began my journey studying Occupational Therapy, later switching to Medical Massage. This field is a perfect fit for me, as I’ve always been more interested in the medical side of massage rather than the spa side.

Over the years, I have studied Oncology Massage, Trager, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Active Isolated Stretching, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Healing Touch. I am certified in Manual Lymph Drainage and am a Nationally Certified Medical Massage Therapist. I am also now certified in Maternity Massage, having earned my certification under Claire Marie Miller, Nurturing the Mother.
