Registration for the annual chef competition during the Antigua Charter Yacht Show officially opens at 9 a.m. Eastern Caribbean Time (GMT 2 pm and EST 8 am). Only 10 yachts in each category will be accepted.

Theme this year is Welcome Aboard, a three-course dinner for charter guests’ first night aboard.

First course – incorporating the sponsored Caviar
Main course – choose your protein, 3 ways
Dessert – choose your tropical fruit, 3 ways

Stew Table Decor competition is part of this event.

The first 10 registrants in each of the three categories will gain entry:
1. Yachts 160ft and Over Judged on Thursday 5th December 2019
2. Yachts 126ft to 159ft Judged on Friday 6th December 2019
3. Yacht 125ft and Under Judged on Saturday 7th December 2019
