Daylight savings time ends at 2 a.m. Set clocks back one hour in most of the United States (it is not observed in Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands).

The European Union (EU) standardized Daylight Saving Time runs from the last Sunday in March through the last Sunday in October until spring of 2021, when countries can then forgo the practice.
