Bluewater Books and Charts will be hosting Nobeltec representative Matt Taylor at its Fort Lauderdale showroom to conduct complementary training sessions on TIMEZERO navigation software and its native integration with Furuno electronics.
The sessions will take place on Feb. 18 and 19, and last about 90 minutes.
Tuesday, Feb. 18, at 1 p.m. is an intermediate session and includes these topics:
• Why TZ over a plotter?
• What’s new in TZ v4
• Cloud Sync and TZ iBoat
• Route Creation and Snap to Routing
• Weather and Tides
• Sounder Module
Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 10 a.m. is an advanced session, including:
• What’s new in TZ v4
• Modules such as DFF3D, Furuno Sounder, and WASSP Multibeam
• Cloud sync and TZ iBoat
• AIS / ARPA Targets
• Premium Weather Interface
Wednesday, Feb. 19, at 1 p.m. will focus on Navigation and Sport Fishing (basically, a general class that covers everything)
In addition to receiving a 15% off coupon for Bluewater Books & Charts, there will be a quiz at the end of the class for a chance to win a $100 gift card.
