This year marks the second annual International Marine Surveying Fest, a 24-hour marine surveying online jamboree.

Anchored and hosted from the International Institute of Marine Surveyors head office in the UK, the non-stop online marathon features a new presentation each hour on the hour, delivered live by a knowledgeable presenter somewhere in the world on a relevant surveying related topic.

This year, this day is reserved for yachts and small craft. A full 24 hours of presentations for commercial ship surveying will be Dec. 12.

One fee of £100 gives the registrar access to as many of the 24 presentations over the 24 hours as they wish. The fee also gives access to the entire content after the Fest, which will be recorded. For those unable to make the date but wish access to the recorded content, which will not be made available publicly for at least six months, the fee covers that option, too.

The Fest will be broadcast using the Zoom platform. A unique joining code will be sent to delegates upon receipt of their reservation. The Fest is supported by Constellation Marine Services and the Nautical Institute.
