The inaugural charity fishing tournament event begins with a Champagne and Ceviche Captain’s Reception on Thursday evening, Feb. 9. Fishing begins on Friday, Feb. 10, and there will be a fashion show with a luncheon for those not fishing in the tournament. Fishing continues Saturday, Feb. 11, culminating in a celebrity chef Vine and Dine Seafood Cook-Off and Wine Tasting, along with an auction and entertainment.

Proceeds benefit the Emeril Lagasse Foundation in support of local charities, ARC Broward Culinary Institute and Dan Marino Foundation–Marino Campus. The Emeril Lagasse Foundation seeks to create opportunities that inspire, mentor, and enable youth to reach their full potential through culinary, nutrition, and arts education with a focus on life skills development.
