The 31st edition of the megayacht part of Miami’s two boat shows (not to be confused with the Miami International Boat Show) moves to a new location this year. After three decades in the water along Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, the show will have in-water and land displays in downtown Miami on Biscayne Bay between the Venetian and MacArthur causeways.

Other changes include 3,500 parking spaces and additional on-land exhibit space at the old Miami Herald building, which is next to the Adrienne Arsht Center. The move also put the show closer to Super Yacht Miami at Island Gardens on Watson Island. The show expects more than 500 new and brokerage yachts. miamiyachtshow.com

Two different boat shows take place in Miami and Miami Beach during Presidents Day weekend in February: the Miami Yacht Show, co-owned by Show Management and the International Yacht Brokers Association; and the Miami International Boat Show on Virginia Key, owned and produced by the National Marine Manufacturers Association.
