FLIBS Canapés & Cocktails Competition

Now’s your chance to compete for prizes and bragging rights as Triton‘s “Best in Show” FLIBS 2024. Our event will be hosted at the Oasis Lounge (SHOF) in partnership with Global Marine Travel and Yacht Chandlers.

Teams of three will create their best Caribbean Inspired Canapés & Cocktails to wow our panel of award-winning judges. Yachts in the show will be given a mystery box of ingredients on Tuesday before the show starts and will have 18 hours to prepare. Teams will be required to prepare three Canapés (Seafood, Meat, and Vegetarian) and a cocktail that complements the canapés. They will then present them to the judges in a beautifully set table complete with a tablescape and florals.

Teams will be judged on creativity, flavor profile, and overall presentation. Teams will consist of one chef and two other team members. Team members must be from the same crewed yacht and yachts must be in the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show to be considered. Chef Danny Davies from “Behind the Line” will be the emcee for the competition and tie breaker vote should there be a tie.
