Top Hot and New to Market – For Sale Listings

M/Y Loon

Quite possibly the most famous and marketed charter yacht, M/Y Loon is a 221-foot motor yacht that is currently for sale for $47,500,000 in France. Loon was built by Icon Yachts and delivered in 2010. The vessel underwent a refit in 2020 and can accommodate up to 13 guests in seven cabins. Icon factory also extended Loon’s deck by 16.4 meters in 2014, allowing the vessel to have the largest beach club ever on a vessel of this size. The extension made for an aft deck playground that includes a saltwater pool surrounded by sunbeds.

S/Y Yazz

S/Y Yazz is a 183-foot schooner that is currently for sale for $12,000,000 in Bodrum, Turkey. The sailing yacht was built and launched by Aegean Yachts and delivered in 2007. The vessel underwent a refit in 2023. Yazz sleeps up to 12 guests in five staterooms and has accommodations for 14 crew in six cabins. M/Y Rare Find

M/Y Rare Find is a 179-foot motor yacht that was built by TURQUOISE YACHTS and delivered in 2009. The vessel is currently for sale for $21,038,322 in Athens, Greece. Built by Turquoise and Dubois Naval Architects with a sophisticated interior by the esteemed British design house H2 Design, Rare Find can host 14 guests and 13 crewmembers. The vessel includes sprawling decks for social gatherings, a fully equipped gym, and luxurious living spaces.

Rare Find is currently in excellent condition while constantly being upgraded — including having its hull painted in 2023.
