This is the final week to participate in the Female Yacht Crew Safety Survey, which closes at the end of April 2026. Cherise Reedman, founder of Yacht Pearls of Wisdom, created the survey for women with current or past experience in the yachting industry to share their onboard experiences — across the full spectrum, from positive to negative. The aim is to establish a baseline of lived experiences and help drive meaningful change in the industry. The survey is targeted exclusively to women and seeks to gather data on safety, well-being, incidents, and responses on board. The survey is anonymous, takes about 10 minutes to complete, and is designed to be accessible and straightforward. CHIRP Maritime and ISWAN provided input on the research design to ensure professional standards, and CrewPass partnered with Yacht Pearls of Wisdom. The project is also supported by MHG Insurance and Ropner Insurance. With more than 900 responses already submitted, the goal is to reach 1,000 participants in this final week to strengthen the dataset and improve the reliability of the findings.
