MB92 has acquired GYG Ltd., a superyacht painting, service, and supply company that trades under the Pinmar, Pinmar Yacht Supply, and Technocraft brands. The transaction closed on Dec. 31, 2024. According to an MB92 press release, this acquisition marks a key milestone in MB92’s strategic growth plan, strengthening its capacity to meet the industry’s evolving needs. “We are honored to welcome GYG to the MB92 Group,” said Pepe García-Aubert, chairman of MB92 Group. “Over the past 30 years, our collaboration has been rooted in shared values, mutual respect, and a dedication to delivering excellence for our clients.
