The Horizon Group finished a new, state-of-the-art shiplift system at its Premier Shipyard in June 2025. Located in the Port of Kaohsiung in Taiwan, Premier Shipyard covers 260,000 square feet of private yard space on the waterfront where it can easily accommodate vessels larger than 230 feet. The new Pearlson Shiplift System measures 197 feet by 45 feet and can lift up to 1,800 metric tons. The yard has worked closely with classification societies, including Bureau Veritas, Lloyd’s Register, RINA, and DNV, and has completed work on more than 30 yachts worldwide, with refits on vessels up to 227 feet. The shipyard offers scheduled maintenance services, interior modifications and painting, naval architecture services, hull modifications, haul-out, and class surveys. The Horizon Group has four dedicated shipyards that build its yachts ranging from 60 to 150 feet.
