Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, has revealed details of its new 98-berth deepwater marina, Wynn Marina, which is set to accommodate superyachts up to 85 meters in length when the resort opens in 2027.

At five meters deep, Wynn Marina will be the UAE’s largest resort-attached marina and the country’s first private harbor designed to accommodate yachts of this scale, offering direct access to a full-service resort.

The marina was designed specifically for modern superyachts, and its operations are centered on the Capitainerie, a dedicated marina operations and hospitality hub connected to the resort by a 197-meter-long pontoon. The facility will consolidate marina operations, concierge services, captain support, and guest services at the primary arrival point for visiting yachts.

Captains, guests, and crew will be welcomed through a dedicated arrival experience that’s built on the resort’s check-in process. The Capitainerie will handle passport processing, room-key issuance, and guest registration, with private vessel-side check-in also available. Dedicated captain and crew facilities will include changing rooms, showers, and welfare amenities, while crew will have access to the resort’s gym and pool facilities.

Wynn’s logistics infrastructure will support provisioning, with a dedicated marina team and a fleet of specialized service vessels assisting with arrivals, departures, and guest needs. Fuel services will be available nearby, providing an additional operational resource without requiring vessels to disconnect from the resort.

The marina’s circular basin features a radial berthing configuration rather than a conventional linear layout. According to Wynn, the design is intended to provide wider fairways, facilitate vessel movements, and create direct connectivity between berths and a central marina island.

"Wynn Marina has been conceived as a direct extension of Wynn Al Marjan Island,” said Max Tappeiner, president of Wynn Al Marjan Island. “It brings together the specialist infrastructure required by modern superyachts with the service and hospitality that define Wynn. From arrival and berthing to provisioning, concierge support, and access to the resort, every element has been considered to make the transition between life on the water and the resort feel effortless.”

The marina is being designed by Marina Solutions International (MSI), and the Capitainerie is being designed by Dewan Architects + Engineers. IGY Marinas will oversee marina operations, bringing its experience managing superyacht facilities to the project.

Wynn Marina is part of Wynn Al Marjan Island, an integrated resort on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, about 50 miles from Dubai International Airport. The property is scheduled to open in 2027.
